James Henderson is currently and Economic Development Manager with the City of San Antonio where he is currently managing the development of an export strategy for the community in cooperation with the Brookings Institution. Previously, James has worked on international development and security issues at foundations and research organizations in the United States and Europe. James was a scholar at the East European Studies program of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, a Fellow at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and visiting scholar at the 55th Annual National Security Forum of the US Air War College. James earned degrees from the University of Washington, The George Washington University, and the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
